Citizen Science and SAmple Projects

OLLI students experience learning across all contents, with a heavy emphasis on science. The content is catered to individual levels and interests, as well as made relevant to current world experiences.  With a strong focus on reading comprehension, writing, number sense, as well as creativity and imagination, OLLI students are prepared to engage with the world as knowledgeable and confident humans.  These foundational academic skills are strengthened through applying their knowledge outside the four walls as they interact with the rich ecosystems of Costa Rica through data collection and citizen science projects.
